Not so peaceful..
Newly emerged videos from January 13, 2026, reveal that Alex Pretti, the man fatally shot by federal Border Patrol agents while interfering with an investigation and enforcement by immigration enforcement, was far from the peaceful protester some have portrayed him to be.
In the footage, Pretti is seen kicking out the tail light of an ICE vehicle, shouting expletives, struggling with agents who then tackle him to the ground, and notably carrying a handgun in his waistband—though he doesn’t reach for it during the altercation. Family representatives confirmed his identity, with facial recognition analysis by the BBC putting it at 97% accuracy, and the incident occurred less than two miles from his eventual shooting site.
While his lawyer insists this prior clash doesn’t justify the killing, the videos circulating on social media and news outlets shatter the narrative of non-violence, showing Pretti as aggressive and unhinged in confronting federal officers amid heated community demonstrations.

TRUMP WON BIG. Crooked Election! -the President writes on Truth Social
Federal agents executed a search warrant at Fulton County’s main election operations center in Georgia on Wednesday (January 28), seeking records related to the 2020 presidential election as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged voter fraud.
Multiple sources familiar with the matter indicated the search is connected to efforts by the Department of Justice to seize election records from the 2020 presidential contest. Fulton County Court Clerk Ché Alexander told local media that “FBI agents are here to get the 2020 ballots.”

Despite Attorney General Dana Nessel trying to sweep it under the rug, her pal Traci Kornak, the former treasurer of the Michigan Democratic Party, has been charged with embezzlement and false pretenses for taking advantage of an elderly woman named Rose Burd.
Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker has issued three criminal charges against Kornak. The first is one count of embezzlement from a vulnerable adult of $50,000 or more but less than $100,000. The second charge is for embezzlement between $1,000 and $20,000.
