1. SENATE AGREES TO FUND DHS BUT NOT FUND ICE — THE HOUSE WILL VOTE ON IT AT 10AM

The Senate early Friday approved funding for most of the Department of Homeland Security — including TSA and FEMA — but excluded ICE and parts of Border Patrol after a weeks-long partial shutdown.

The House is expected to vote on the measure at 10 a.m.
