    The Supreme Court has agreed to hear President Trump’s challenge to birthright citizenship… setting up one of the biggest constitutional fights of the year.
    Trump argues that children born in the U.S. to parents who entered unlawfully should not automatically receive citizenship.
    Lower courts blocked his order, saying the 14th Amendment is clear.
    Now the justices will take it up, with arguments expected early next year. This case could redefine who is considered a citizen at birth in America.

    DHS on Saturday identified the suspect as 33-year-old Oscar Gerardo Solorzano-Garcia.
